Enjoy a relaxing New England beach vacation at Green Harbor Waterfront Lodging in Falmouth, Mass. Our Waterfront Studios offer picturesque Cape Cod views of swaying beach grasses and Green Pond ocean inlet with its resident ducks, geese and swans.

Studios feature two beds…one queen size and one full size, a small kitchen fully equipped with table, chairs, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee/tea maker, cookware, plates and silverware. Amenities include full bath with tub and shower, flat-screen cable TV, ironing board and iron, telephone, clock-radio and free high-speed wireless Internet. Each studio offers individual heating and air conditioning for safe and healthy climate control. (No central system.)

A slider opens for direct outside access to a balcony or patio overlooking large lawns dotted with umbrella tables, chairs and barbecue grills alongside our heated outdoor pool and sundeck. Waterfront studios are conveniently located to the guest laundry room and snack vending area. Lawn swings, croquet, badminton, volleyball and corn toss are also nearby.

An optional connecting Waterfront Guest Room with two beds and full bath is available.
